Condiciones de reservas / Booking Conditions​

🇪🇸 •  Reserva mínima de 15 días.  

• Entrada 13:00–20:00 / Salida antes de las 11:00.  

• No está permitido fumar ni celebrar fiestas.  

• No se permiten mascotas.  

• No está permitido alojar a personas que no estén registradas.

• A partir de las 00:00 no se puede realizar ruido que pueda interrumpir el descanso de los demás huéspedes.

• No está permitido encender velas, incienso o cualquier tipo de llama el interior de las habitaciones.

• 50 % al realizar la reserva; el resto se pagará el día de la entrada.

   Para las estancias superiores a 30 días, los siguientes pagos se realizarán a comienzo de cada ciclo.

🇬🇧 •  Minimum reservation of 15 days.   

• Check‑in 13:00–20:00 / Check‑out before 11:00.  

• Smoking and parties are not allowed.  

• No pets allowed.  

• It is not permitted to accommodate people who are not registered.

• From midnight onwards, no noise may be made that could disturb the rest of other guests.

• It is not permitted to light candles, incense, or any type of flame inside the rooms.

• 50% upon booking; the remainder is payable on the day of arrival.

   For stays longer than 30 days, the following payments will be made at the beginning of each cycle.

Política de cancelación / Cancellation Policy

🇪🇸 • Cancelación: reembolso 100% hasta 7 días antes (menos gestión + IVA).  

• Cancelación dentro de 7 días: no se devuelve el depósito.  

• Si cancelas el mismo día de la llegada : tendrás que abonar el 100% de la reserva.

🇬🇧 • Cancellation: 100% refund up to 7 days before arrival (minus fees + VAT).  

• Within 7 days: deposit is non‑refundable.  

• If you cancel on the day of arrival: you will have to pay 100% of the reservation.

Política de descuentos por larga estancia / Long-stay discount policy

🇪🇸 • Para estancias superiores a 30 días, a partir del primer mes, se aplicará el descuento de la habitación, mensualmente.

• Si en el primer mes cancelas tu estancia antes de que finalice el mismo, abonarás los días disfrutados a precio sin descuentos.

• Si cancelas tu estancia durante cualquier mes restante, pagarás los días del mes de cancelación al precio con descuento.

• Si cancelas tu reserva de larga estancia tras 7 días, te devolveremos el importe una vez descontados del mismo los primeros 30 días.

🇬🇧 • For stays longer than 30 days, starting from the first month, the room discount will be applied on a monthly basis.

• If you cancel your stay before the end of the first month, you will pay for the days enjoyed at the full price.

• If you cancel your stay during any remaining month, you will pay for the days of the month of cancellation at the discounted price.

• If you cancel your long-stay reservation after 7 days, we will refund the amount after deducting the first 30 days.

Obligaciones del cliente / Guest Responsibilities

🇪🇸 • Pagar los servicios contratados.  

• Presentar DNI o pasaporte en el check‑in.  

• Firmar documento de registro a la llegada.  

• Cumplir las normas de POSADA DE LA LUZ.  

• Se aplicarán cargos por posibles daños. 

🇬🇧 • Pay for contracted services.  

• Provide ID or passport at check‑in.  

• Sign registration form upon arrival.  

• Respect all POSADA DE LA LUZ rules.  

• Charges will be applied for any damages.

POSADA DE LA LUZ puede ofrecer un asistente digital basado en inteligencia artificial con la finalidad de facilitar información orientativa sobre disponibilidad, estancias y características del proyecto.

El asistente no formaliza reservas ni gestiona pagos.
Toda reserva únicamente será válida cuando se realice a través de los canales oficiales de la web.

El uso del asistente implica la aceptación de la Política de Privacidad vigente y de las condiciones de tratamiento allí descritas.

POSADA DE LA LUZ may provide a digital assistant based on artificial intelligence to offer general guidance regarding availability, stays, and project features.

The assistant does not formalize reservations nor process payments.
Any booking will only be valid when completed through the official website channels.

Use of the assistant implies acceptance of the current Privacy Policy and the data processing conditions described therein.
