The Posada is the fruit of years of searching a space where life, art, and reflection unite.
We want each stay and each encounter to be an invitation to listening.
POSADA DE LA LUZ is an idea by Juanan Requena, born from the desire to open a home where wonder, creativity and conscious living may coexist full of resonance.
A house slowly built with hands and memory, whose project structure reflects that same care, with constant help from his father and friends for more than a year, who have put their heart and energy into this project, which now takes shape as a refuge where each visitor may recognize themselves.
Juanan has long explored the coexistence between art and life: in his workshops, residencies, notebooks and in the encounters he has woven from the small village of Torralba de Ribota, where he chose to live in order to slow down, listen, create and look more slowly.
POSADA DE LA LUZ is a natural extension of that path: an invitation to be, to create, to share from within with honesty. A house to embrace wonder and silence, to inhabit introspection and encounter.
A place to reconnect with nature, to walk slowly, to create from intuition rather than demand. To cultivate creativity, processes, kind relationships and sustainable, conscious living.
This spirit takes form today in our rural coliving in Aragón, designed for extended stays and creative processes.
We do not seek to impress, but to accompany.
We do not offer spectacle: we offer presence.
We do not propose escaping the world, but returning to it with more light.
Behind what is visible, there is a silent structure that sustains what happens here.
Over time we understood that for creative coexistence to be real, the space had to be conceived as a system: intentional architecture, careful infrastructure, sufficient time and an authentic rural environment that does not isolate, but connects.
This framework, understood today as the POSADA DE LA LUZ model, integrates rural creative coliving and independent artistic residency at human scale in Spain, in Aragón, as a house with soul capable of accompanying creative processes without haste and with depth.
In essence, POSADA DE LA LUZ is:
a house that opens its doors so each person may find their own rhythm,
a ground to anchor to, a clarity from which to continue walking.
